Delivery and Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or via Courier and will be dispatched within 1 working day of your order, if longer dispatch times are needed we will contact you via email. For international deliveries, couriers may be used. Import duties will be payable by the customer and may be subject to regulations revisions.

  •  UK Delivery will be dispatched via Royal Mail Signed For 7-14 Days/Courier. Parcels will be delivered within 7-14 working days. A tracking number will be provided to you following dispatch.

 International Standard Deliveries will be dispatched via Royal Mail International/Courier Tracked & Signed. Parcels will be delivered within 7-14 working days (Europe) and 10-25 working days (Worldwide). Deliveries will be tracked and a tracking number will be provided to you following dispatch.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIESSHIPPING INFORMATION

 

Customs and import taxes may apply for shipments outside of the UK. Customers are liable for these charges which will be calculated and billed to you by the appointed courier. In order to receive your parcel, you must first pay these import charges that apply. Import charges are calculated based on the type of product and the value that has been declared from the customs information supplied by ElineBeryl.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

If you change your mind about your purchase please let me know via contact@elineberyl.com. I request that the items should be returned to us, unused and within the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it within 90 days of purchase and I will offer you an exchange or a full refund once received.

To return your product, please email contact@elineberyl.com and I will provide you with an address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

It is recommended that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. I cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.

I reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately our system is not set up to process exchanges, so you will need to return the item for a refund and re-order an other item.

DAMAGED ITEMS

 

I will replace items if they are defective or damaged, please send a photograph of the damaged item to contact@elineberyl.com, and I may ask you to return the item. I will then replace your item or process a refund. If the item needs to be returned, please do this within 90 days of receipt of my email.
