HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Exchanges:
Unfortunately our system is not set up to process exchanges, so you will need to return the item for a refund and re-order an other item.


Returns:
You will need to pay postage to return any of your unwanted Motel items. You have up to 90 days to initiate your return from the moment your order is delivered. Also, please be aware all items must be returned to us in a brand-new condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT NOW?

If you select the notify option on the website, this will let you know when we do restock this product.

CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?

We can attempt to cancel or amend your order – but this is not guaranteed. Please email the customer service team ASAP and title your email with “cancel” or “amend”. If your order has already been dispatched we are not able to cancel or make any changes.

We do ask customers to double check all information is correct before completing the order!

CAN I ADD A DISCOUNT CODE TO AN ORDER IF I HAVE FORGOT?

Unfortunately, once the order has been placed we are unable to add any discount codes to the order. You are welcome to use the discount code, if still valid, on your next purchase!

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept all major credit cards, Stripe and PayPal.

Payment information is processed securely by accredited third parties such as PayPal and Stripe.

No payment information is transferred or held by Public Desire. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest standard security protocols.

MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN DECLINED, WHY?

When entering your card details please ensure you are entering the correct details and billing address for the card in use.

If your card is still being rejected at the checkout please contact your card provider and they will be able to lift any block on the purchase and allow your order to go through for you.

MY TRACKING SHOWS AS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDERED?

Sorry to hear that you have yet to receive your order!

If the tracking for your order shows as delivered please check with members of your household, neighbours, and any safe places.

If you are still unable to locate the order please contact us with your order details and we can raise an investigation with the courier for you.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

If you have not received a confirmation email after placing an order please check your junk/spam folders as sometimes they can end up in there!

If you add us to your safe senders list you will not have this issue again.

If after checking these folders you are still unable to locate the email please contact our support team who will be happy to help at contact@elineberyl.com.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?

You have 90 days from the date the order is received to return any unsuitable items to us.

Please ensure that the item(s) are returned to us are unworn, in the original packaging and box.
